May Favourites

May has been bus-y.

I've had some much needed time off work to get sh*t done. I haven't had any time off just to do normal stuff like go into town, go to the gym in the afternoon or catch-up on Netflix for as long as I can remember, so it's been incredible giving myself a little TLC. I've also got a heck of a lot of life admin done (hello label maker) and done some all important wedding planning which has been very exciting.

Most of this month's favourites are things which I've been using loads during my time off with a couple of others thrown in for good measure.

Coconut Cold Brew Coffee

Whilst on the hunt for a summery coffee drunk that wasn't a bog standard iced latte, I came across this beauty on Bondi Harvest's incredible YouTube channel (if you haven't checked them out yet, their channel is a must for laid back, fuss-free recipes direct from Aus). Now, the title of this recipe did strike fear into me; for some reason, I thought it was going to be the most complicated thing to make, however, it is in fact, one of the easiest recipes you'll come across.

What happened in April & some May goals

Sometimes you've just got to stop and listen to your body. Frustratingly, I've had to do that over the last couple of weeks thanks to a running injury (why, again, body?). So, the past two weeks have been a bit more relaxed on the exercise front but it does mean I've been able to focus on my yoga and I’m still absolutely loving Yoga with Adriene (hey-o).

With the above in mind, I thought I’d do a little run down of last month's goals; things I’m sticking with into May and any new goals I want to try and achieve.
